The same size and shape as their miniature wire recorder line, Minifon began marketing a tape deck as well in 1955. It features a removable 1/8" two-track tape magazine. A tape speed of 1 7/8 ips allows a maximum recording time of 30 minutes per track. After recording one track, the magazine is flipped over to record the second track. |
