A Note about Emails from VidiPax
You may be receiving emails from VidiPax because you expressed an interest
in requesting information or filled out one of our forms.
However, we at VidiPax value your privacy; rest assured that we do not
sell, rent, or give your name or address to anyone.
In response to anti-spam
legislation, nearly all Internet Service Providers are implementing
protective standards and measures in order to stem the tide of spam
flowing into their users' email inboxes. If you use either
Outlook 2003 or AOL 9.0, please note that you
now have spam control features, which may result in you not receiving
emails from Vidipax or if you do receive an email from us you may see
blank areas where images are located and perhaps some of the embedded
links will not work. To follow are simple tips that you can employ to
remedy this situation:
If you are an Outlook
2003 user:
Designate
info@vidipax.com , contact@vidipax.com
or any other VidiPax email address you choose
as a "Safe Sender" and "Safe Recipient." This will
ensure that any email addresses will be recognized by Outlook and your
delivery of VidiPax emails will not be
interrupted and will display correctly. To perform this function,
right-click the "Junk E-mail" options tab and select from a
list of options to approve the "From Address" or the email
domain (vidipax.com).
If you are an AOL 9.0
user:
Add info@vidipax.com
, contact@vidipax.com
in your "People I Know" list in your address book. This
means that your version of AOL will recognize my email address and
your delivery of VidiPax emails will not be
interrupted and will display correctly. Please note that there will
be a link at the top of your page titled "Show images and enable
links to view any graphics within your email." By clicking on
that link, any picture on the VidiPax email will be displayed, and all embedded links will become
clickable.
